Yoga and Pilates

 

At HQ we offer both Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates, which are designed to enhance physical fitness and well-being. Yoga focuses more on flexibility, strength, and mindfulness through a series of flowing movements and poses that connect breath with motion.
On the other hand, Pilates emphasises core strength, stability, and muscle control with exercises that target the body’s powerhouse muscles. Both Yoga and Pilates will improve posture and overall body alignment, physical health and body awareness.

Our home ed class offers a mix of martial arts styles, fun educational games, and the opportunity to grade if desired. Tailored for home-educated children, it’s a fantastic way to stay active, build skills, and have fun in a supportive environment.

Children’s mindfulness classes will be run at HQ by Emma from Mind Blossom and Bloom. They will provide a nurturing environment where kids can learn essential mindfulness techniques to support their emotional and mental well-being. Emma’s classes are designed to be engaging and age-appropriate, incorporating fun activities, stories, and creative exercises that teach children how to stay present, manage stress, and cultivate a positive mindset. Through these sessions, children develop better focus, emotional regulation, and resilience, empowering them with tools to navigate everyday challenges. Emma’s compassionate approach ensures that each child feels supported and encouraged, making mindfulness a joyful and accessible practice for young minds.
